For Filipino nationals who intend to get married in Ireland the requirements of the Irish Registrar is to have your original PSA birth authenticated’ or ‘Apostilled’ by the DFA in the Philippines. The Registrar has agreed to also accept a Consulate Seen & Noted Certificate of the Original PSA Birth Certificates and Original PSA Cenomars for their requirements.
Requirements:
- Original PSA certificate and a photocopy.
- Personal appearance by the individual named on the certificate is not required.
- This service is by appointment only
- Consular fee €27.50 – per document
