PHILIPPINE CONSULATE DUBLIN 2019: PROMOTING THE WELFARE OF FILIPINOS IN IRELAND & FOSTERING PHILIPPINE TRADE, TOURISM & INVESTMENT
The role of the Philippine Consulate Dublin is to preserve the unity and cooperation among members of Filipino communities while defending the rights and promoting the welfare of all Filipino and Irish-Filipino citizens.
It revolves around consular services and promoting and protecting the interests of the Philippines and Filipinos, including providing consular assistance and services to the Filipino citizens; promoting Philippine trade, commerce, industry, investments, culture, agriculture and tourism, reporting periodically on economic, political, social, cultural, technological and scientific development in Ireland, and representing the government of the Philippines in local official functions and ceremonies.
To perform this role, it has a team of qualified and highly-skilled individuals who are well-informed and up-to-speed with current priorities in the Philippines and in Ireland.
