The Honorary Consul Mark Christopher Congdon would like to sincerely congratulate Fr Rene Esoy on his tenth year ordination anniversary and for the eight years of services he has given in Ireland particularly to the Filipino community in Ireland.

The Honorary Consul was honoured to be invited to the celebratory mass of Fr Rene Esoy’s tenth year ordination anniversary which took place as part of the regular monthly Filipino Community Mass at 3.00pm in the Blessed Sacrament Church, (Just off O’Connell Street) Bachelors Walk, Dublin 1.

The Honorary Consul was invited by Fr Rene to address the congregation and make a formal introduction to those of the community that had yet to meet him. The Honorary Consul made particular reference to the wonderful attendance of the Filipino community in supporting Father Rene on this special occasion.

Following the mass the Honorary Consul took time meet and speak to some of the Filipino community and to enjoy lunch in honour of Fr Rene which was kindly prepared by many generous members of the Filipino community.
