The Philippine Consul Mark Christopher Congdon will join the Lord Mayor of Dublin Oisin Quinn at 12.00 noon, Tuesday 12th November 2013 at the Mansion House, Dawson Street, Dublin to open a book of Condolences for the victims of Typhoon Haiyan. 

The book will be open to the public at the following times:

Tuesday 12^th November               12noon to 4pm

Wednesday 13^th November        10am to 4pm

Thursday 14^th November            10am to 4pm

Friday 15^th November                    10am to 4pm
